As a Class A driver and V.P. of a local transportation company, Ben obtained the knowledge necessary to put his dream into action. In early 2006, Ben Ward created AWARDCO (A-WARD-CO.) Freight Management Group, Inc. This company was created because Ben felt there was a need for a 3PL company that was not one sided in the marketplace. As a carrier that previously worked hand in hand with shippers and brokers, Ben felt there was a lack of middle ground between all parties. AWARDCOs belief is that at the end of a project, everyone involved should feel that they were treated fairly and with the upmost respect.
